- Anjanasoft has entered a contract with a Los Angeles based insurance client for performing Production Support Activities, the contract includes a training period of 90 days where by Anjanasoft resources will be trained in different parts of Insurance System including but not limited to their way of operations.

- When the agents are unable to complete a application (selling FIRE, AUTO, LIFE) due to various system errors, he will dial a toll free number to log the problem, currently the turnaround time for this task is 7 days. The client wants to reduce this and service the agency force much quicker.
