- After enhanced training during first quarter, Anjanasoft Help desk Support Project went live amid great expectation from the client.
- The intensive 90 day training program has been completed with a great success with the Anjanasoft Resources quickly learning the process & technology involved.
- The turnaround time for the PLF Help desk has been reduced from 7 days before Anjanasoft went live to less than a day.
- Anjanasoft Resources can able to do all of the functions of an onsite person thus enabling the client to achieve the ultimate goal of replacing an onsite resource.
- Since all of the communication has been up and running for last three months, Anjanasoft has moved the PLA RELEASE DEVELOPMENT TEAM from the other premises and merged them into one entity.
- Since ANJANASOFT PLF Help desk development team exceeded the expectation on all front, the client has provided additional billable resources and more system areas to Support for Fire Policy Processing System. Currently around 60 - 70 % of the system is supported from offshore, after these additional responsibilities it will jump to 80 - 85%. Onsite resources who were doing these jobs were completely freed up from these activities.
- In anticipation of New Development Projects, Anjanasoft hired 5 additional resources and trained them in PLF Help Desk Project. Some of the people who are already in PLF Help Desk will be given new and more challenging assignments.
- Anjanasoft also in the process of negotiating rates for a new project initiatives called SIP2 - SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT whereby we have to provide Resources to do the following:
- Analysis & Detail Design
- Coding
- Unit Testing the same code
Supporting various levels of testing in Clients environment like Application Integration Testing (AIT), Application Functional Testing (AFT), Regression Functional Testing (RFT)
- Koenraad Lecot, Director PLA has visited Anjanasoft Location here at Chennai and was appreciative of the hard work that is being performed by Anjanasoft.
- He was also very much happy with the training programs we have it here for Anjanasoft Employees, their commitment, teamwork and dedication.
- He Spoke Positive about the SIP2 Project being offered to ANJANASOFT.
- SIP2 Project went alive this month, 4 resources who have been in intensive training for PLA RELEASE PROJECT have been assigned various projects for Fire Policy Processing System (FPPS).
- Anjanasoft has also been awarded with a complex re-engg project which deals with removing unwanted code with out spoiling the existing business logic.
- The First Release of Programs which were modified by Anjanasoft New SIP2 Resources has been successfully moved to Production. The Business users have verified the changes they requested are in production and working fine.
- Clients Management is very happy that, they can able to add more resources to support the system at a lower cost with better efficiency.
