Anjanasoft hired additional resources for PLF tables and PLF edge team Anjanasoft PLF Tables went live. Development, upload and migration of DB2 VVT values developed by business partners in rate maintenance and release development. The goal of fire edge project was to automate the printing of a homeowner policy document by using an electronically generated policy assembly process with minimal human intervention. The input for the FIRE EDGE system is produced by FPPS, an online system used by agents and policy service to enter and modify homeowners policies. Long running batch job that updates all policies in the system every day was re-engineered. Before the re-engineering average of 5.30hours required to complete the job. Because of this more time the dependent batch jobs and subsystems needed to wait for a long time. After the re-engineering, the time is reduced to 2.30hours of an average to accomplish the batch which is 40% of the time required before the re-engineering. This successful re-engineering project helped to reduce the batch time. Anjanasoft is negotiatory few more contracts with on-site client. Anjanasoft is also delivered two major Re-Engineering proposals which will further enhance the system performance of the client system Anjanasoft proposal for the Re-Engineering project has been accepted and a detailed proposal with 1000 man hours have been approved. Anjanasoft went in for expansion and placed an ad in leading newspapers, interviewed and hired 10 more new software engineers in anticipation of more work from U.S client. advt Anjanasoft has been awarded work for 10 more software engineers starting year 2004. Newly hired software engineers are going through intensive inductive training, later they will be put through project specific training. Based on a presentation done by Offshore directors here at India, Client has agreed to provide more projects to Anjanasoft which involves 4000 Man hours, these projects are basically re-engineering projects which will further enhance the system performance thru means of reducing Batch Window for farmers in turn increasing the business productivity. Based on the recently awarded Projects for Year/2004 and in expectation with the upcoming project's, Anjanasoft has hired 10 more additional resources which takes their total employee strength to 50.
